Q: How do I check my email?

Q: How do I upload my files?
A: To upload your files to your directory you will need a FTP client such as WSFTP LE (free version available from http://www.ftpplanet.com/download.htm). To connect to the server enter ftp.yourdomain.com, your full username (you@yourdomain.com) and your ftp user's password. You will be in your / (root) directory, change to your /public/www and upload your files there. Our webserver will show the first of the following files that it finds: index.html, index.htm, index.shtml, index.php, index.php4, index.php3, index.phtml, index.cgi. If you make a subdirectory in /public/www/ such as "mydir" and put an index file in that new subdirectory, then www.yourdomain.com/mydir will serve that index file. If you have never used an FTP client before, the makers of WS_FTP LE have made a great interactive tutorial that we recommend you take. It's free and located at http://www.ftpplanet.com/ftpresources/basics.htm

Q: My FTP client connects to the server but why can't I see my directories?

Q: What are your DNS servers?
